For the most part, a good Tims location. For whatever reason, the teas are very hit and miss. You can order a tea and it'll be great, order the same tea the next day and it'll be poor. Not sure how that's possible. Every third time I go they mess up my breakfast sandwich. But the donuts and sandwiches are good.

Behind the counter where they are preparing your drinks or food does not look like it has been cleaned since they opened the place. ALOT of staff behind the counter socializing amongst themselves rather than working
